WHEN: Online once a week led by a facilitator who has completed extensive training in anger management 

FOR: People who feel angry often, anger controls them,  anger is hurting others in their life, or anger causes them to say or do things  you later regret. 

YOU WILL LEARN:  the feelings behind your anger and how to express it in a healthy way including how identify your anger triggers and what is causing your anger, powerful strategies on how to prevent anger episodes in your relationships, how to express anger in a way that leads to constructive conversations, how to manage conflict through a productive and relaxed manner
