Join our Virtual Autism Support Group tailored for teens and adults diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder or Asperger’s Syndrome. Our weekly hour-long sessions, conducted virtually, offer a supportive environment limited to six members, where discussions and connections flourish.
This group specifically caters to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder- Level One, commonly known as "High-Functioning" Autism or Asperger's Syndrome. We delve into meaningful topics such as self-discovery following a diagnosis, interpersonal relationships, stress management, sensory issues, friendships, dating, self-acceptance, self-esteem, and the intricacies of masking and camouflaging.
In our sessions, we tackle topics like:
What does Autism mean to you? Were you diagnosed, and if so, what was your experience?
Navigating interpersonal relationships, and enhancing communication skills with colleagues, friends, and strangers
Stress management, coping with anxiety, and exploring effective mechanisms

The journey of self-acceptance and building self-esteem
Understanding and addressing the concept of masking and camouflaging
As someone with autism or autistic traits, feeling misunderstood is common. The difficulties in forging friendships and navigating romantic relationships due to social anxiety and challenges in reading social cues can lead to feelings of isolation. Our group aims to provide a safe and understanding space, fostering comfort and support.

While each session has a planned topic, discussions are dynamic and open. Participants receive an email days before the session outlining the agenda and topic to prepare.
How does the process work?
Days before each session, the group facilitator sends out an agenda email, providing the format and topic for the upcoming meeting. An example from a past session focused on friendships is included in this email for your reference.

Virtual Support Group for Parents of Children with Autism
The Virtual Autism Support Group is designed to support parents who have children with Autism or Asperger’s Syndrome.
Are you a parent or caregiver of a child with Autism?
Is it hard to communicate with other parents because they do not understand what you are going through?
Our virtual, 8-week, Support Group for Caregivers and Parents of Children with Autism is for you. The Support Group a structured group for parents or caregivers of children, adolescents or adults with Autism. This group will provide a safe space for parents and caregivers to receive support. share concerns and experiences, and learn crucial skills to improve their interactions with their children.
The Autism Support is an online support group is an eight session hourly group that meets once a week and led by a facilitator who an extensive history of supporting people with Autism.
